Quilts are insured by Mancuso Management while on site and during shipping process; however, $1,000 is the maximum insurance rider unless you supply an appraisal by a certified quilt appraiser.  We do not at this point know what venues these works will go to. 

PLACARD INFORMATION:  Please take some time and write a great placard for the show.  You can talk about your topic, your reaction to the dark theme, and other interesting bits.  Go to the back for more.

FEES:

PHOTOGRAPHY:  $20 for each quilt.  If you are using a photographer other than Frank Nored, check here____. 

ENTRY FEE:  $15.00 for each entry.  Attach check for the entry fee and photography made payable to AQuA.  I have attached my check in the amount of $_____which is for photography and entry fee.  Or, I have attached my check in the amount of $_____as I am using a different photographer.  Note, only one check is required for multiple pieces.  If you are submitting multiple pieces, check here____.  If my work
