JANE C. ALDORETTA

I love color. I love fabric. I love threads.  I love being creative and non-structured. Though I have recently focused on Art Quilts, I respect and admire all aspects and styles of quilting. They are all an art form, from the pattern chosen to the fabrics used. Personally, my favorite part of quilting is the design process.  I love seeing the quilt change in the different stages as it progresses. I am not a planner. I am one of those quilters who let the fabric and the piece “talk” to me from the design wall.  In creating my quilts, I want to share my message and my joy of living. I want the person to feel happy when viewing my piece on their wall or on the bed.
